It's almost at the end of the Earth, but worth the drive. Good home cooked meals and the staff behind the counter are great. Be sure to get the toutons.

Absolutely wonderful. I came down from Ontario and I had to make sure to visit this gem👍 Then I went again before I left👏 Toutons and fish cakes are worth the trip to anyone who has the chance to go, keep up the wonderful work all of yous are doing MadRock!!!

Such a unique and fun cafe. The fish cakes are amazing and like no other. The toutons are something special. High recommend getting the fish cake, beans and touton special.

A nice place for a light meal after completing the Heritage Walking Path. We had no idea what a touton was until we patronized this establishment. We had the cinnamon touton and chili w/garlic bread. The food was good but did not quite meet the hype of other posters. It’s a very small quaint mom & pop eatery with a venue popular with the locals and visitors alike. Certainly a great way for tourist to experience the local palate and flavors.

The only bad thing I can say about this place is that it is too small and crowded. It's a very friendly environment, whether you're a familiar face or a complete stranger, You're always made to feel at home. They have a wide variety of Canadian food but they specialize in Newfoundland cuisine. The food is delicious and always served with a smile and a laugh

Excellent food! You must stop by this place. I had a French toast and the Mad Rock Touton. They both were delicious. The touton is pan fried and was nice and crispy. I would definitely go back.

Good food but I did find it a bit expensive. Still, I will go back. I wish they did not puree tbe salt fish in the fush cakes, dilutes the taste.

Best toutans I've ever had. Great diamond in the rough. Food was fast and service was friendly. Great atmosphere. The walking trail is right next to it which I would recommend doing before you eat.

Newfoundland comfort foods 363 days a year. On the road to a lookout of Mad Rocks which can be spectacular in big sea from the NE. Busy in nice weather. Good trails nearby.
